The Policy Implementation Of Social Ministry’s Cash Assistance Program During The Covid-19 Pandemic In Jakarta

The Ministry of Social’s Cash Social Assistance Policy is one the Government’s programs to maintain purchasing power people directly affected by COVID-19 pandemic. purpose this study analyze and evaluate implementation cash social assistance policies during pandemic, factors that hinder successful support research method used was descriptive qualitative. Informants in were bureaucrats, policy implementers, community as beneficiaries. This found non-compliance with implementers standard targets deliberately violating them for certain benefits. Factors inhibiting include ineffective inefficient output target intended beneficiaries, lack recipient’s name Integrated Welfare Data (DTKS), inaccurate redistribution benefits, inappropriate use funds purchase non-basic needs. Supporting are strict government supervision evaluation monitoring on may reduce transfer impair beneficiaries’ access scarce resources times contemporary pandemic crisis-related society.
